The Wright Brothers Diary

I’m not crawling yet, but I’m close! I just want to be part of the action! I see Chase and Dad and Mom running around and I just want to GO! Mom says I’ll be crawling any day now (course, she’s been saying that for about a month now…) but it won’t be soon enough! I can scoot and roll around pretty good, but it’s just not the same.

I love birthdays!!! Especially my own! I think my favorite part is the cake though. Especially Lego cake! mmmmmm….

Sawyer went to the Dr. today for a little check-up and to find a solution for his little spitting-up issue. He’s now 19 and 1/2 weeks old, measures 27 1/4″ in length, and weighs in at a whopping 17 lbs! He’s all of a sudden having issues staying asleep now which is making it very interesting for mommy and daddy. We’re switching to soy formula to see if that helps – he’s also eating solid foods now (just fruits and veggies) and I think he gets fussy because he just wants more of that food!

Now that I have Sawyer here to play with me, I’m just a busy guy.  I am not able to keep up on my blog anymore, and Sawyer has other things to do too- like play with me and take all of Mom’s attention.  Mom and Dad have decided to take over the blog for us.  We like keeping a record of this time in our lives, but I guess Mom and Dad can tell the stories just as good.

I hope they don’t mess it all up.

So Mommy and Daddy used to call me a little piggy – because when I drank my bottle, I’d root around for it like a little piggy. Now, they’re calling me a little piggy again! This time they say it’s because when they take my bottle away from me, I squeal like a little pig. I don’t mean to, it’s just… I don’t know… I guess I’m just hungry!
