So they built a school of rock in Lynnwood. Since Chase is going to go into performance level soon (which requires more time at the school) we figured we’d look into it since it’s so much closer. It turns out they let Chase have a free lesson to check it out. They also said if he moves over there he’d go straight into the Performance level! So, we made the switch. We really, really hate to leave the Seattle school (especially his drum instructor Matt who’s amazing) but we’re going to give it a shot. For his first performance show, they’ll be playing Pink Floyd’s “The Wall” album in its entirety. So far Chase has been assigned “Waiting for the worms” and “Bring the boys back home”. He’s super excited – and so am I!
