Tonight as Chase and I were leaving the grocery store, it was already past bedtime and Chase was getting all riled up. We got in the car and Chase was going crazy in the backseat, rolling around, kicking his legs- just going nuts. I looked in my rear view mirror and snapped at him, “Chase, sit in the seat and buckle up!” Chase shot up in his seat, sat straight as an arrow, arms at his side and without moving a muscle, said “Cute and cuddly boy, cute and cuddly!”. I laughed so hard! We both did! I love his sense of humor! And, his ability to make me laugh when I am tense.
