I got my Sea Legs this weekend. Granny and Papa took us out on their boat for Father’s Day. I love the crisp air, the wind on my face and the waves, gently rocking me to sleep. Papa even let me drive the boat! (Of course he let me, he can’t resist my charms:) Papa is a great captain! I can’t wait for him to teach me all about boating!
My cousins, Emma & Claire, were there, too. I played with them all weekend. It was really fun to see them again, it had been too long since our last visit. Mom and I are going to go and play with them again this weekend- we can’t wait!
You know, if anyone deserves to have a whole day dedicated to them, it is my Dad. Dad, I know I don’t say this often (consider, of course, I can not speak) but, I love you. And, even though I can’t say the words, it is the reason I light up every time I see you. Thank you for every thing you do to take care of me and Mom. I am glad that you are my Dad. You are someone I can look up to, and I am so proud of the wonderful father that you are. You are my best friend.
I got this cool guitar for Dad for Father’s Day. It is little, so he can teach me to play! I would like to be in my Dad’s band someday:)
