Mom and dad and Chase and I got to go on a cruise! Nah, it wasn’t around the world, or the Caribbean or even Alaska. It was from Kirkland to Seattle. But still – that’s a long way for someone like me!
Anyway, we got to spend some quality time with Santa and we got to see the Space Needle (Chase’s Favorite thing) from the water! Oh, and a bridge went up just for us! Twice! And we saw Husky stadium and some gas park or something. We even got food on board (that means on the boat). Mom and Dad were on their best behavior too, so that was good.
Oh yeah, I overheard Chase and dad talking before we left…
Dad: Chase, do you want some milk?
Chase: No, I’ll wait until we’re sailing. Then I’ll have some.
Chase is so sophisticated! I can’t wait to be like him when I grow up!
